01 Where we work
Where does Telxpress work?
Telxpress is based in Irvine, California, and serves businesses across Orange County and Southern California. Advisory work, including the AI readiness assessment, starts remotely by video or phone. Site surveys, installation and on-site support are done by our own technicians in Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County.
The pin is our office at 230 Goddard, Irvine, CA 92618-4625. Most site visits happen within Orange County, and we take projects in Los Angeles County and San Diego County as scheduled work. If you are planning a visit to us, the contact page has directions, office hours and the 24/7 line.
Nothing on this page is a promise about your project. Every installation starts with a survey, and how we work is the same in every city: advise first, build what we recommend, and support it afterwards.
02 Cities and counties
Which cities do you serve most often?
The Orange County cities below are where most site visits happen; the two counties follow. Each line describes the kind of work we typically do there, not a statistic, because every job starts with a survey of your space.

04 How a site visit works
How does a site visit work?
Five steps, the same for a conference room, a phone system or a whole office move. The survey is free with the consultation; the quote covers the rest.
-
Survey
We walk the space with you, your contractor or your building manager: rooms, cabling paths, the telecom room, and the phone and network equipment already in place.
-
Design and quote
You receive a written design and a quote for the whole project, with options where a choice matters, and a schedule agreed with building management.
-
Install
Our own technicians do the work, on your schedule and within the building rules, including after-hours windows when the business cannot stop.
-
Documentation
You get as-built drawings, test results, labels that match the drawings, and the logins and settings for everything we configured.
-
Support
The same team answers the 24/7 support line afterwards, and remote support settles most questions without a return visit.
05 Questions
Questions about where and how we work
Do you charge for travel inside Orange County?
Travel is quoted per project rather than billed by the mile. For surveys and installations inside Orange County the site visit is part of the project quote you approve before any work starts, so there is no separate travel line to watch. For support visits, your service agreement or the quote states what is included.
Do you work with building management and property managers?
Yes. On most projects we coordinate directly with building management or the property manager for telecom room and riser access, insurance certificates, after-hours work windows and the building rules for contractors. When a general contractor is running a build-out, we join the low-voltage walkthrough and follow their schedule.
Can you support a business with more than one site?
Yes. A headquarters in Orange County with offices, clinics or stores elsewhere in Southern California is a common shape for us. We design the phone system, network and connectivity as one plan, install each site on an agreed schedule, and support all of them through the same 24/7 line, with remote support covering most day-to-day questions.
Does advisory work require a site visit?
No. AI advisory and the AI readiness assessment start remotely, by video or phone, wherever you are in Southern California. A site visit follows only when the plan includes rooms, cabling, networks or phones, because those have to be seen and measured. Many engagements do not need one until an installation is scheduled.
Do you work outside Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County?
Ask us. Advisory work, AI roadmaps and remote support are not tied to a location. For installation and on-site support outside these three counties we tell you plainly whether we can staff the project with our own team. Where a client is headquartered in Southern California with sites farther away, we coordinate carriers and cabling for those locations.
