What is the difference between AI-native solutions and business technology solutions?
AI-native solutions are the agents and automation that do work for you: Donya answering calls, sales and support agents following up, workflows that move data between your phones, CRM and calendar. Business technology solutions are the rooms, phones, networks, cabling, connectivity and cameras they depend on. We design, install and support both.
Do we have to buy everything from Telxpress?
No. We advise first and recommend only what your plan needs. You can start with one project, such as a voice agent or a conference room, and keep the rest of your systems as they are. Because our team installs and supports the underlying technology too, there is no hand-off between a consultant, an integrator and a carrier.
Can you work with the phone system and network we already have?
Usually, yes. Donya and our automations connect to most business phone systems, including the Yealink, Nextiva, Avaya, Yeastar and Polycom systems we install, and to common CRMs and calendars. During discovery we check what you have, tell you plainly if something blocks results, and upgrade only where it does.
Where does Telxpress install and support these solutions?
Our office is in Irvine and our own technicians cover Orange County and Southern California, including Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Tustin, Lake Forest and Mission Viejo, plus Los Angeles County and San Diego County. AI advisory and voice agent setup can start remotely; installations are done on site by our team.
