About Telxpress

Why a Telecom Company Became an AI Advisor.

Telxpress has spent decades installing and supporting the phones, networks, cabling and meeting rooms Orange County businesses run on. We built our own AI voice agent on top of that work, and now we advise businesses on adopting AI because the infrastructure and the AI have to be designed together.

  • Irvine office, local technicians
  • Advise, build and support under one roof
  • 24/7 support line

Telxpress is a business solutions provider and AI advisor based in Irvine, California. For decades we have designed, installed and supported phone systems, networks, structured cabling, surveillance and audio visual for Orange County businesses. We build and run our own AI voice agent, Donya, and we advise companies on adopting AI step by step.

How did a phone and network installer end up advising on AI?

Our history is practical. Businesses across Orange County called us when they needed a phone system installed, a network made reliable, a building cabled or a conference room that worked. Those projects taught us how a business actually runs: where calls go when nobody answers, how a lead moves from a voicemail to a sale, what a meeting room needs to do on a Monday morning.

When AI voice technology became good enough to answer a real business call, we did not wait for a vendor to sell us a product. We built Donya, our own AI voice agent, connected it to the phone systems we already install, and ran it. That taught us the second lesson: an AI agent is only as good as the phone lines, network, CRM and processes around it.

Clients then started asking a different question. Not "which phone system?" but "where should we start with AI?" Answering that honestly requires someone who understands both the strategy and the infrastructure, and who will still be there when the system goes live. That is the role Telxpress plays now: AI advisor and the team that builds and supports what it recommends.

AI-native business: a business where AI is built into how calls are answered, leads are followed up, and decisions are made, not bolted on as a chatbot. Telxpress helps companies get there step by step.

Mission and values

What does Telxpress stand for?

Our mission in one sentence: help Southern California businesses plan, build and support AI-native operations, from the strategy to the agents to the network underneath. The values below are how we try to earn that.

  • Advice before products

We tell you what we would do in your position, including when the answer is "keep what you have". Recommendations are tied to an outcome you can measure, not to what we happen to sell.

  • Build what we recommend

A roadmap is only useful if someone makes it work. Our own team deploys the agents, automations, rooms, phones and networks in the plan, so there is no hand-off between a consultant and an installer.

  • Stay accountable after go-live

Everything we install is covered by local technicians and a support line answered 24 hours a day. When something breaks, you call the people who built it.

  • Say only what we can stand behind

No invented statistics, no stock promises. We publish client names with their words, show results when they are measured, and explain what AI can and cannot do in plain business language.

How we work

How does Telxpress work with a client?

Advise, build, support. The same four steps apply whether the project is an AI roadmap, a voice agent or a new office full of rooms and cabling.

  1. Assess

A free AI readiness review of your calls, workflows and systems.

  2. Plan

A prioritized roadmap with costs, timelines and expected returns.

  3. Build

We deploy agents, automations and infrastructure.

  4. Support

Ongoing tuning, training and 24/7 support.

We advise

Every engagement starts with an assessment, not a quote. The free AI readiness assessment and the first consultation are designed to leave you with specific opportunities whether or not you hire us.

We build

Our own team deploys the AI agents and automations and installs the audio visual, phone, network and connectivity systems they depend on. One partner, one schedule, one accountable party.

We support

After go-live we tune the agents, train your staff and answer the support line around the clock. If you only need help with a system someone else installed, the support request form reaches the same technicians.

Client results

What do long-standing clients say?

In today’s business market, communication with your customers is crucial. As a company grows and technology changes it is important to have a vendor you can rely on, a company that stays current with new technology and services. Tele Express has been that company. Their sales staff is well informed, courteous and professional. The several projects that Tele Express has completed for us have been done on time and at the price quoted. There were no surprises and our expectations were met or exceeded. In a business that understands the importance of building relationships, it is refreshing to see that Tele Express takes pride in ensuring its customers’ experience is a good one and it’s a relationship they will work hard to keep.

Tele Express organized a new phone system for our office and exercised patience and efficiency, while teaching our staff to use all the features. We have used Tele Express when the need arises for all our salon locations' phone system needs ever since. We have found their service to be excellent.

Questions people ask about Telxpress

Is Telxpress an AI consultancy or a telecom company?

Both, by design. Telxpress began as a telecom and business technology installer serving Orange County, and still designs, installs and supports phone systems, networks, cabling, audio visual and connectivity. We added AI advisory and AI-native solutions because AI only produces results when the infrastructure underneath is planned with it.

Who is on the Telxpress team?

A local team based in Irvine, California: advisors who build AI roadmaps, engineers who design phone, network and meeting-room systems, and technicians who install and support them. We do not list individual names here. On every engagement you meet the people doing the work, and the 24/7 support line reaches that same team.

Does Telxpress build its own AI, or resell someone else's?

We build and run Donya, our own AI voice agent, and we deploy sales, support and marketing agents, CRM and workflow automation for clients. We also recommend third-party AI platforms where they fit better. The advice is independent of the tool: we select what serves your outcome and tell you why.

Where does Telxpress work, and do you travel on-site?

Our office is in Irvine and most of our clients are in Orange County, including Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Anaheim and Tustin. We also serve Los Angeles County and San Diego County. Advisory work can start by video; installation, surveys and support visits are done on-site by our own technicians.

Why should a business trust a telecom company with its AI strategy?

Because the hardest part of AI adoption is rarely the model. It is the calls, the phone system, the CRM, the meeting rooms and the network the AI has to connect to. We have supported those systems for Orange County businesses for decades, and we run our own AI voice agent, so our advice comes from operating the whole stack.
