How do you find the Irvine office?
The office is at 230 Goddard, Irvine, CA 92618-4625, in the Irvine Spectrum business area. If you are unsure where to park or which entrance to use, call the main line when you arrive and we will direct you.
Use the directions link in Google Maps or the OpenStreetMap link under the map above. If you are bringing equipment for us to look at, or want to see meeting-room displays, cameras or phones in person, tell us beforehand so the right engineer is in the office.

Does Telxpress offer free consultations?
Yes. The first conversation is a free 30-minute AI readiness consultation by video or phone, and the online AI readiness assessment is free as well. You leave with three AI opportunities specific to your business whether you work with us or not. Roadmaps, installations and support agreements are quoted after discovery.
Do you travel on-site across Orange County and Southern California?
Yes. Site surveys, installations and support visits are done by our own technicians from the Irvine office. We regularly work in Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Tustin, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Huntington Beach and Laguna Hills, and we take projects in Los Angeles County and San Diego County.
What are your office hours, and what happens after hours?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, for calls, visits and sales questions. The support line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so a client with a system down at night or on a weekend reaches a person who can dispatch help, not a voicemail box.
How quickly will someone reply to the contact form?
A person reads every message and replies by email or phone, usually within one business day, Monday to Friday. You receive a short confirmation email right away so you know it arrived. If your message is a support request, it also opens a ticket for our technicians; for anything urgent, call the 24/7 line instead of waiting.
Can I visit the Irvine office without an appointment?
