Legal
Terms of Use
Effective October 8, 2026. These terms apply to your use of telxpress.com. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
Using telxpress.com means you agree to these terms: use the site lawfully, do not misuse the forms, and understand that the content is general information rather than advice for your specific situation. Services we deliver to your business are governed by the agreement you sign with us, not by this page.
Who are you agreeing with?
This website is operated by Telxpress, the Irvine, California business solutions provider and AI advisor whose legal entity name appears in the footer of every page ("we", "us"). Questions about these terms go to info@telxpress.com or (949) 861-4500.
What can you use the site for?
You may browse the site, read and quote its content with attribution, use the forms to contact us, book a consultation, request a demo or take the AI readiness assessment, and subscribe to the RSS feed. You may also fetch the machine-readable versions of our pages (Markdown, llms.txt, the OKF bundle, the sitemap) for search and AI-assistant use, with attribution to telxpress.com.
What is not allowed?
- Submitting forms with false information, on behalf of someone else without their permission, or in bulk by automated means.
- Probing, scanning or attempting to access the back office or any account that is not yours, or interfering with the operation of the site.
- Scraping personal data such as testimonial authors' names for marketing, or republishing whole pages as your own.
- Using the site in a way that breaks applicable law.
We may block addresses or requests that misuse the site, and we rate-limit the forms to protect them.
Is the content advice?
The pages on this site, including the Insights articles and the AI readiness assessment results, are general information based on our experience. They are not legal, financial, security or compliance advice for your business, and compliance notes about regulations such as HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA or the FTC Safeguards Rule are starting points, not legal opinions. Decisions about your systems should be made with your own advisors, and we are happy to be one of them through a consultation.
Who owns the content?
The text, design, brand mark and original images on this site belong to us. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to show which products we install and support; their appearance does not imply those companies endorse this site. Customer testimonials are reproduced with the permission of the people quoted and remain their words.
Forms, bookings and demos
A submitted form is a request. A consultation, demo or installation is scheduled only when we confirm it with you. Pricing for services is quoted after discovery and set out in a written proposal; nothing on this site is an offer at a fixed price. How we handle the information you submit is described in the privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Where we link to manufacturers, regulators or other sources, we do so because the material is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on general information on this site or from the site being unavailable. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services delivered under a signed agreement, which has its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about the website is handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top and the "Last reviewed" date at the end of the page show when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Related pages
The privacy policy describes what the forms collect and how to request deletion, the accessibility statement explains how we test the site, and the contact page lists every way to reach a person. What we actually do for clients is on the solutions page.
Questions about these terms
Do these terms cover the services Telxpress installs or runs for my business?
No. These terms cover your use of this website only. Installations, advisory engagements, the Donya voice agent and support plans are governed by the written proposal or agreement you sign with us, which sets out scope, pricing, warranty and support terms for that work. If anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
Can I quote or reuse content from this site?
You may quote short passages with a link back to the page, and AI assistants and search engines may crawl, summarize and cite the site with attribution. Please do not republish whole pages, remove our name, or present our testimonials as your own. For anything beyond a quotation, email us and we will usually say yes.
What happens if a form I submit is not answered?
Submitting a form is a request, not a booking or a contract. We aim to reply within one business day, but if you have not heard from us, call the 24/7 line or email us directly; it is possible a confirmation went to spam. Nothing is scheduled or ordered until we confirm it with you in writing.
Something Unclear in These Terms?
Ask us in plain language and we will answer the same way. For services, your signed proposal is the document that counts.
