Business Technology Solutions
Business Technology, Designed for AI and Installed Locally.
Conference room audio visual, business internet and SD-WAN, VoIP phones, networks, cabling and surveillance, from one Irvine team that designs, installs and supports it all.
- Serving Orange County businesses for decades
- Local Irvine technicians
- 24/7 support
Telxpress designs, installs and supports the business technology that Orange County companies run on: conference room audio visual, business internet and SD-WAN, VoIP phone systems, networks and firewalls, structured cabling and surveillance. One local Irvine team handles the site survey, the design, the installation, the documentation and 24/7 support, so the systems AI depends on stay reliable.
What does "designed for AI" mean for your office?
AI tools do their work on top of ordinary infrastructure. A voice agent such as Donya answers calls through your phone platform and internet connection. Live transcription depends on microphones that hear every seat. A cloud CRM depends on a network that stays up. We specify each of those systems for the load AI adds, instead of treating AI as a separate project.
AI-native business: a business where AI is built into how calls are answered, leads are followed up, and decisions are made, not bolted on as a chatbot. Telxpress helps companies get there step by step. This page covers the technology underneath.
Not sure where to start? Our AI advisory engagement reviews your rooms, phones and network alongside your workflows, and the free AI readiness assessment takes a few minutes.

Partners
What do we install and support?
We install and support equipment and services from partners we have worked with for years, and we recommend the one that fits your building and budget rather than the one with the biggest margin.
Technology partners
Also: Avaya, Yeastar, Polycom.
- Networking and security: Fortinet firewalls, Ubiquiti and Cisco Meraki switching and Wi-Fi.
- Phones and collaboration: Yealink, Nextiva, Avaya, Yeastar and Polycom phone and room systems.
- Connectivity: carrier services quoted through TPx, DISH and Nextiva.
- Surveillance: Hikvision IP cameras and recorders.
Why one partner
Why use one partner for design, installation and support?
Technology projects fail in the gaps between companies. We remove the gaps.
-
Design
One design covers the rooms, phones, network, cabling and connectivity, so the pieces are sized for each other and for the AI tools you plan to add.
-
Install
Our own technicians install what we design. No subcontracted crews reading someone else's drawings.
-
Support
The people who documented your systems are the people who answer when something breaks. Remote fixes first, on-site when hands are needed.
-
24/7
The support line is answered around the clock, so a phone outage on a Saturday or a boardroom failure before an early meeting gets a response.
Compare your options
DIY, several vendors or one partner: what changes?
A plain comparison of the three ways businesses usually handle technology projects.
| Area | Doing it yourself | Several vendors | One partner (Telxpress) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design | Pieced together from product pages; gaps appear during installation. | Each vendor designs its own part; nobody owns how they fit. | One design covering rooms, phones, network, cabling and connectivity. |
| Scheduling | Your staff coordinate deliveries, electricians and carriers. | Several crews on different dates; delays cascade. | One project schedule and one point of contact. |
| When something fails | You troubleshoot, then call a manufacturer help desk. | Each vendor points at the other; the problem sits between them. | One 24/7 number; we own the problem until it is fixed. |
| Documentation | Usually none, or a folder nobody updates. | Partial, in different formats, held by different companies. | One set of labeled cabling, diagrams and configurations. |
| AI readiness | Hard to know whether the network and rooms will support AI tools. | No one is looking at the whole picture. | Every system is specified for the voice, video and cloud workloads AI adds. |

Questions buyers ask about business technology
Do you work with our existing carrier?
Yes. We can design and install around the internet, phone and carrier services you already have, and we only recommend a change when the current service blocks what you need. When a new circuit or carrier makes sense, we quote it through our carrier partners, including TPx, DISH and Nextiva, and manage the order for you.
Can you take over support of a system someone else installed?
Yes. We start with a site survey and a review of the existing documentation, then tell you plainly what is sound, what needs attention and what we recommend replacing. Phone systems, networks, cabling, cameras and conference rooms from other integrators are common takeovers, and the Yealink, Nextiva, Avaya, Yeastar and Polycom platforms we support are widely installed.
How fast is on-site support in Orange County?
Our technicians are based in Irvine, so most Orange County sites are a short drive away and we schedule on-site visits around the urgency of the problem. The support line is answered 24/7, many issues are resolved remotely first, and systems we install are documented so a technician arrives knowing the site.
Do we have to buy everything at once?
No. Most clients start with the system that blocks results, often the conference room, the internet connection or the phones, and add the rest in phases. Because one team designs each phase, the cabling, network and power are planned so the next step fits without rework. A phased quote is part of every proposal.
How does business technology connect to your AI advisory work?
AI tools only perform as well as the systems underneath them. A voice agent needs a reliable phone platform and connection, meeting transcription needs a room microphone that captures everyone, and a cloud CRM needs a stable network. Our AI readiness assessment reviews this infrastructure, and our technicians fix the gaps it finds.
