Are these testimonials real, and why are they about phone systems?
Yes. Each quote is from a named client of ours in Southern California, reproduced as they wrote it, including how they spelled our former trading name. They describe telecom and infrastructure projects because that is the work we have done for decades. AI project write-ups are being added here as results land.
Why does Telxpress not show numbers like projects completed or satisfaction rates?
Because we will not publish a statistic we cannot stand behind. Counters on a website are easy to invent and hard to verify. When an AI project produces measured results, for example calls answered after hours or hours saved on follow-up, we publish the case study with the client named and the method explained.
Can I speak to a reference client before working with Telxpress?
Yes. Once we know the type of project you are considering, we ask a client with similar work to take a short call with you. Ask for a reference when you book a consultation or mention it on the contact page. We arrange the call once the client agrees.
What kinds of results should an AI project in a small business produce?
The outcomes we design for are plain: every call answered, every lead followed up, meetings captured and summarized, and staff hours moved from repetitive work to work that needs a person.
