01 Telxpress in Tustin

What does Telxpress do for businesses in Tustin?

Telxpress designs, installs and supports business technology for companies in Tustin, California: conference room audio visual, phone systems, networking and Wi-Fi, structured cabling, surveillance and business internet, plus AI advisory and AI voice agents. Site visits come from our own office in Irvine, about 9 miles away as the crow flies, with our own technicians and 24/7 support.

Nothing on this page is a promise about your project. The service area page covers Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County as a whole.

02 At a glance

Tustin at a glance

Tustin's estimated population was 79,175 on January 1, 2026 (provisional), according to the California Department of Finance E-1 estimates released May 2026. Tustin lies in central Orange County, bordered by Irvine to the south and east, Santa Ana to the west, and the City of Orange and unincorporated North Tustin to the north. Known as the City of Trees for the sycamores and oaks its founder planted along the streets, it grew after the Second World War by annexing farmland and, later, the former Marine Corps Air Station. The city center is about 9 miles from our Irvine office as the crow flies.

Tustin Legacy, the redevelopment of the former air station, is the city's largest project: new neighborhoods, The District retail center and office and research campuses, beside the one remaining blimp hangar after the north hangar burned in 2023. Old Town Tustin keeps the historic core of small offices and restaurants, Tustin Ranch and The Market Place sit to the northeast, the Marconi Automotive Museum is here, and the Tustin Auto Center lines Auto Center Drive beside the 5. Larger employers include the Tustin Unified School District, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, Costco, Rivian, Foothill Regional Medical Center, Avid Bioservices and Virgin Galactic.

The 5 runs along the southern side of the city and the 55 along its western edge, so most addresses are minutes from a freeway. For our technicians the city divides neatly: older single- and two-story offices in Old Town with simple cable paths, multi-tenant parks and medical buildings along the freeways, and new construction at Tustin Legacy where cabling is designed with the architect rather than fitted afterwards.

Districts, parks and employers are named from the city's official website and the same article, as of October 2026.

03 What we install

What do we install in Tustin?

The six business technology services below are designed, installed and supported from our Irvine office. Each line describes the kind of Tustin buildings and businesses we see most, not a statistic; every project still starts with a survey of your space.

  • 01

    Audio Visual

Conference rooms for the professional offices of Old Town and the campuses at Tustin Legacy, and digital signage and showroom audio for the dealerships along Auto Center Drive.

  • 02

    Connectivity

Business internet, fiber and SD-WAN for offices and dealerships that cannot afford a dead connection on a Saturday, with carrier coordination for new suites at Tustin Legacy.

  • 03

    Phone Systems

Phone systems for dealerships, with sales and service lines routed to the right desk and every missed call captured, and for the medical and professional offices along the freeways and in Old Town.

  • 04

    Networking

Wi-Fi and switching for showrooms, service bays and offices, with firewalls and segmentation that keep customer data separate from guest Wi-Fi and the systems that run the floor.

  • 05

    Cabling

Structured cabling for new construction at Tustin Legacy, designed with the architect and the general contractor, and clean re-cabling of older Old Town buildings during a move or remodel.

  • 06

    Surveillance

IP cameras and access control for dealership lots, service areas and parts departments, and for medical and professional buildings, with recording on your own network and after-hours alerts.

Not sure which of these you need? Send us the address and what the business does and we will tell you what a survey would look at.

04 AI advisory

AI advisory for Tustin businesses

Tustin dealerships, practices and professional offices share one problem: inbound calls that arrive faster than a front desk can answer them. The AI questions here are about capturing every sales and service call, booking and confirming appointments, and routing to the right desk, with the customer data kept where the rules say it belongs. Our advisory work starts with a free readiness assessment, and the office is minutes away.

05 How a site visit works

How does a site visit work?

Five steps, the same for a conference room, a phone system or a whole office move in Tustin. The survey is free with the consultation; the quote covers the rest.

  1. Survey

We walk the space with you, your contractor or your building manager: rooms, cabling paths, the telecom room, and the phone and network equipment already in place.

  2. Design and quote

You receive a written design and a quote for the whole project, with options where a choice matters, and a schedule agreed with building management.

  3. Install

Our own technicians do the work, on your schedule and within the building rules, including after-hours windows when the business cannot stop.

  4. Documentation

You get as-built drawings, test results, labels that match the drawings, and the logins and settings for everything we configured.

  5. Support

The same team answers the 24/7 support line afterwards, and remote support settles most questions without a return visit.

07 Questions

Questions about working with us in Tustin

Do you charge for site visits in Tustin?

The survey that starts a Tustin project is part of the free consultation, and installation visits are inside the written quote you approve before work begins, so there is no separate travel line. For support visits afterwards, your service agreement or quote states what is included, and Tustin is minutes from the office, so a quick visit is practical.

Which permits does low-voltage work need in Tustin?

Permit requirements are set by the City of Tustin's building department and depend on the scope. Cabling and cameras inside an existing suite are treated differently from work that penetrates fire-rated walls, adds electrical circuits or forms part of a tenant improvement. We confirm what applies during the survey and include any permit in the quote.

Can you work in multi-tenant buildings in Tustin?

Yes. The office parks and medical buildings along the 5 and the 55 are mostly multi-tenant, and we coordinate with building management for telecom room and riser access, insurance certificates and after-hours work windows. At Tustin Legacy and in Old Town remodels, where a general contractor runs the job, we join the low-voltage walkthrough and follow their schedule.

Do you support existing systems from other vendors in Tustin?

Yes. Dealerships in particular arrive with phone systems, networks and camera systems from several vendors and a manufacturer program to respect. We assess what is in place, keep what still serves you and replace only what the plan calls for, then support all of it through one 24/7 line. Partners include Yealink, Nextiva, Avaya, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki and Hikvision.

How far is Tustin from your office?

Tustin's center is about 9 miles from our office at 230 Goddard in Irvine as the crow flies, and the 5 connects the Spectrum area to Tustin directly. Surveys and support visits are a short drive, support calls are answered 24/7, and remote support covers many questions without anyone leaving the office.
