Who you meet
A senior advisor from our Irvine team: someone who writes AI roadmaps and also knows the phone systems, meeting rooms and networks those roadmaps depend on. When a question turns technical, the engineer who would design or install the system joins the call.
We speak as advisors. The goal of the first call is to assess and recommend, not to quote. If you ask for pricing on a specific system, we tell you what discovery would involve and when a number is realistic.
What to prepare
- The three things that waste the most time in your business each week; that is where the conversation starts.
- What happens to a call after hours or when everyone is busy, and roughly how quickly a new lead hears back.
- The phone system, CRM and video conferencing you use today, even if the answer is "a spreadsheet and a laptop".
- Who else should join: whoever owns calls, follow-up or IT. A second person is welcome.

Questions about the consultation
Is the consultation really free, and is there a sales pitch?
The 30-minute call is free and there is no obligation. It is an advisory conversation: we ask how your business runs, point out where AI would pay off first and leave you with three opportunities in writing. If a roadmap or a project makes sense we say so, and the work is quoted only after discovery.
Who will I be talking to?
A senior advisor from our Irvine team who works on AI roadmaps and the systems underneath them, not a call-center representative. If your questions turn to a specific phone system, meeting room or network design, we bring in the engineer who would design or install it so you get a direct answer.
Can we meet in person or at our office?
Yes, for businesses in Orange County and nearby parts of Southern California. The first consultation is usually a video or phone call because it is quicker to schedule, and a site visit follows when meeting rooms, cabling, networks or phones are part of the plan. Mention it in the notes and we will arrange it.
What if none of the listed topics fits my situation?
Choose "Other" and describe the situation in the notes field. Many first calls cover a mix, for example missed calls and an aging phone system or a new office that needs rooms, cabling and Wi-Fi. The topic only tells us who should join the call; the conversation follows your priorities.
What if I need to change or cancel the time?
Reply to the confirmation email or call the 24/7 line and we move it. There is no penalty for rescheduling. If something urgent comes up on our side we call you before the slot, offer the nearest alternatives and confirm the new time by email the same day.
