01 Telxpress in Anaheim

## What does Telxpress do for businesses *in Anaheim?*

Telxpress designs, installs and supports business technology for companies in Anaheim, California: structured cabling, Wi-Fi and networking, surveillance cameras, phone systems, business internet and conference room audio visual, plus AI advisory and AI voice agents. Site visits come from our own office in Irvine, about 16 miles away as the crow flies, with our own technicians and 24/7 support.

Nothing on this page is a promise about your project. Every installation starts with a survey of your space, and [how we work](https://telxpress.com/about-us/) is the same in every city: advise first, build what we recommend, and support it afterwards. The [service area page](https://telxpress.com/service-area/) covers Orange County, Los Angeles County and San Diego County as a whole.

02 At a glance

## Anaheim *at a glance*

Anaheim's estimated population was **340,433** on January 1, 2026 (provisional), according to the [California Department of Finance E-1 estimates](https://dof.ca.gov/forecasting/demographics/estimates-e1/) released May 2026\. That makes Anaheim the most populous city in Orange County on the same table. It stretches across the north of the county from Cypress in the west to the Riverside County line in the east. Founded by German settlers in 1857 and an agricultural town until Disneyland opened in 1955, it also grew into an industrial center for electronics, aircraft parts and canned fruit. The city center is about 16 miles from our Irvine office as the crow flies.

The city recognizes several districts: the Anaheim Resort around Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center, with its hotels and retail; the Platinum Triangle around Angel Stadium, Honda Center and the ARTIC rail station; Anaheim Canyon, the industrial district north of the 91 and east of the 57 and the largest industrial district in Orange County; and Anaheim Hills to the east. Downtown has mixed-use historic districts, the largest being the Anaheim Colony, and the restored Anaheim Packing House. The Disneyland Resort is the largest employer, followed by Kaiser Permanente's Anaheim Medical Center, and L3Harris is among the city's larger employers.

The 5, the 57, the 91 and the 55 all pass through Anaheim, with the 241 toll road in the east, and the Anaheim Canyon Metrolink station serves the industrial district. For technicians this is a city of long distances and big floors: a warehouse in the Canyon, a hotel in the Resort and an office in the Platinum Triangle are very different buildings, so each Anaheim project is planned as a scheduled visit with a survey first.

Districts, parks and employers are named from the city's [official website](https://www.anaheim.net/) and the same article, as of October 2026\.

03 What we install

## What do we install *in Anaheim?*

The six business technology services below are designed, installed and supported from our Irvine office. Each line describes the kind of Anaheim buildings and businesses we see most, not a statistic; every project still starts with a survey of your space.

- 01
### [Audio Visual](https://telxpress.com/solutions/business-technology/audio-visual/)
Conference rooms and training rooms for offices in the Platinum Triangle and Anaheim Hills, and digital signage and sound for the hotels, restaurants and venues around the Resort and the Convention Center.
- 02
### [Connectivity](https://telxpress.com/solutions/business-technology/connectivity/)
Business internet, fiber and SD-WAN for warehouses and manufacturers in Anaheim Canyon, where a single carrier outage stops shipping, and for hotels that need guest and back-office traffic kept apart.
- 03
### [Phone Systems](https://telxpress.com/solutions/business-technology/phone-systems/)
Phone systems for distribution and manufacturing companies with a front office, a warehouse floor and drivers on the road, with paging, ring groups and mobile apps, and for hospitality front desks that never close.
- 04
### [Networking](https://telxpress.com/solutions/business-technology/networking/)
Wi-Fi that covers high-bay warehouses, yards and docks as well as offices, with switching and firewalls built for scanners, cameras and office traffic on the same network.
- 05
### [Cabling](https://telxpress.com/solutions/business-technology/cabling/)
Structured cabling for large industrial floors in the Canyon and for tenant improvements in the Platinum Triangle, including long runs, fiber between buildings and racks that are documented and labeled.
- 06
### [Surveillance](https://telxpress.com/solutions/business-technology/surveillance/)
IP cameras and access control for warehouses, yards, hotel back-of-house areas and parking structures, with recording kept on your own network and views planned around docks, gates and cash points.

Not sure which of these you need? [Send us the address and what the business does](https://telxpress.com/contact/?interest=other#form) and we will tell you what a survey would look at.

04 AI advisory

## AI advisory *for Anaheim businesses*

Anaheim logistics, manufacturing and hospitality businesses run on calls and orders: delivery questions, quotes, reservations, service requests. The AI questions here are about answering every call, keeping order status and scheduling out of the voicemail queue, and removing the re-typing between the phone, the warehouse system and the CRM. Our advisory work starts with a free readiness assessment and a remote conversation.

05 How a site visit works

## How does a *site visit work?*

Five steps, the same for a conference room, a phone system or a whole office move in Anaheim. The survey is free with the consultation; the quote covers the rest.

1. 01
### Survey
We walk the space with you, your contractor or your building manager: rooms, cabling paths, the telecom room, and the phone and network equipment already in place.
2. 02
### Design and quote
You receive a written design and a quote for the whole project, with options where a choice matters, and a schedule agreed with building management.
3. 03
### Install
Our own technicians do the work, on your schedule and within the building rules, including after-hours windows when the business cannot stop.
4. 04
### Documentation
You get as-built drawings, test results, labels that match the drawings, and the logins and settings for everything we configured.
5. 05
### Support
The same team answers the 24/7 support line afterwards, and remote support settles most questions without a return visit.

07 Questions

## Questions about working with us in Anaheim

**Do you charge for site visits in Anaheim?**

Anaheim projects are planned as scheduled visits, and the survey that starts one is part of the free consultation. Installation visits are inside the written quote you approve before work begins, so there is no separate travel line. For support afterwards, your service agreement or quote states what is included, and remote support settles many questions without a drive.

**Which permits does low-voltage work need in Anaheim?**

Permit requirements are set by the City of Anaheim's building department and depend on the scope. Cabling and cameras inside an existing building are treated differently from work that penetrates fire-rated walls or forms part of a tenant improvement. We confirm what applies during the survey and include any permit in the quote.

**Can you work in multi-tenant buildings in Anaheim?**

Yes. Anaheim Canyon business parks, the office buildings of the Platinum Triangle and the retail around the Resort are mostly multi-tenant, and we coordinate with property management for telecom room and riser access, insurance certificates and after-hours work windows. Hotels add their own rules about guest areas, and we work inside them.

**Do you support existing systems from other vendors in Anaheim?**

Yes. Warehouses and hotels usually come with a phone system, a network and cameras that someone else installed. We assess what is in place, keep what still serves you and replace only what the plan calls for, then support all of it through one 24/7 line. Partners include Yealink, Nextiva, Avaya, Yeastar, Polycom, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki and Hikvision.

**How far is Anaheim from your office?**

Anaheim's center is about 16 miles from our office at 230 Goddard in Irvine as the crow flies, the longest trip on these pages. By road the 5 runs from the Spectrum area north through Santa Ana and Orange to Anaheim. Visits are scheduled, support calls are answered 24/7, and remote support covers many questions without a trip.
