Legal # Privacy Policy Effective October 8, 2026\. This policy explains what telxpress.com collects, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it. Telxpress collects only what you type into our contact, booking, Donya demo and AI readiness forms, plus the technical details needed to deliver and protect those submissions. We use it to answer you and run our business, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing info@telxpress.com. ## Who is responsible for your information? Telxpress, the Irvine, California business solutions provider and AI advisor whose legal entity name appears in the footer of every page, operates this website and decides how the information collected through it is used. Each form asks only for what we need to respond. Nothing is required that is not labeled as required. - **Contact form:** your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), the topic you are interested in and your message. - **Book a consultation:** name, email, phone, company, your preferred date, morning or afternoon, the topic and any notes you add. - **Donya demo request:** name, email, phone, company, and optionally the best time to reach you and the phone system you use today. - **AI readiness assessment:** your answers to the ten multiple-choice questions, plus name, email, company, and optionally phone and role, so we can send the results and follow up. With every submission we also store the time, the page you were on, the address of the site that referred you if there was one, any campaign codes in the link you followed, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address. The hash lets us stop abuse of the forms without keeping the address itself. ## What do we use it for? - Replying to you, confirming bookings and demos, and sending the assessment results you asked for. - Keeping a record of the conversation in our own customer system so the next person you speak to knows the history. - Preparing quotes, scheduling installations and support, and running projects you engage us for. - Understanding which of our pages and campaigns bring businesses to us, in aggregate. - Preventing spam and abuse of the forms (rate limits and the hashed address above). We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not build advertising profiles. ## Which cookies does the site set? - **tx\_attrib**: set on your first visit only when you arrive from another site or a link with campaign codes. It stores the referrer, those codes, the landing page and a timestamp, for 90 days, so a later form submission can be matched to how you found us. It contains nothing that identifies you personally. - **tx\_session**: set only for Telxpress staff who sign in to the back office. Visitors never receive it. Both cookies are first-party, marked HttpOnly and are not readable by other websites. The site works with cookies disabled. ## Do you use analytics or third-party trackers? Our primary measurement is our own web server's log, processed on our server and summarized into page counts. It is not shared with anyone. Google Analytics is **not enabled** on this site at the moment. If the owner turns it on, this paragraph changes to say so and describes the settings used. Any video embedded on the site comes from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and nothing loads from YouTube until you click to play. If the contact page shows a map, its tiles load from OpenStreetMap only when you ask for the map. There are no social media buttons or advertising pixels. ## Who else sees your information? - **Our email provider**, which delivers the confirmation and notification emails. Those messages contain what you submitted. - **Our hosting provider**, which runs the server this site and our customer system live on. The data is stored in the United States. - **Carriers and manufacturers** only when you order a service or product that requires an account with them, and only the details that order needs. We tell you before we do this. - **Authorities** if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. ## How long do we keep it? Form submissions become a record in our customer system and stay there while there is a live conversation, quote, project or support relationship, and for as long afterwards as tax, contract and warranty obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period and then summarized into counts that contain no personal data. You can shorten any of this by asking us to delete your record. ## How do you request access, correction or deletion? We confirm receipt and respond within the time California law requires. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. ## Children This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16\. If you believe a child has submitted a form, email us and we will delete it. ## Changes to this policy When the policy changes, we update the effective date at the top and the "Last reviewed" date at the end of this page. We confirm receipt, delete the lead, booking, assessment and related notes from our system and from queued emails, and tell you when it is done. We keep only what the law or an open contract requires us to keep. **Does this website track me with advertising cookies?** No. The site sets one first-party cookie that remembers how you first arrived (for example a search campaign) so we can tell what brings businesses to us, and a session cookie for our own staff when they sign in. There are no advertising pixels or social media trackers, and no third-party analytics unless this page says so. **Will you sell or share my details with other companies?** We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for other companies to market to you. Your details stay in our own system and the email provider that delivers our messages.
